Don’t get too excited! We’re not giving away free lobster (although, that would be cool if we could). Our good friend, Capt Clay (web designer and fishing guide extraordinaire), invited us over to eat lobster with him and his family! The best part of the offer? The lobsters were free!
Capt. Clay has a fishing charter client (thanks Chris from Connecticut!) that brings him lobster every year when he comes down to fish with Capt. Clay. This year, he hooked Capt. Clay up with a dozen red lobster (still alive) and a grocery bag full of live clams.
We’re close friends with Capt. Clay and his family (the Eavensons) and they knew we had just driven back from GA and that we were tired and hungry so Capt. Clay gave me a ring and asked if we’d be up for some free lobster. I thought about it all of point 5 seconds and said, “What time you want us there?”
So the Hudson clan (all 8 of us) showed up about 6pm and Capt. Clay and I started cooking. It was awesome. Lobster, clams, and some good old Hungry Harry’s side items like corn, green beans, coleslaw… etc.
We all ate until we wanted to pop and the kids played, wrestled, and hung out by the fire pit. You can’t beat great food and good friends. All of us here at Hungry Harry’s hope you guys enjoy both; each and every time you visit Hungry Harry’s.
